Look at the actual MVP blow out adjusted stats and then look at the standings. Hell you can look at the normal stats...they are still the same...

How does a QB lead another one in yards and TDs and finish behind them in the MVP race?

my KR is 25th globally but finished 3rd in the conference....yet the 1st and 2nd place finishers in the conference are 109th and 148th globally.

how can that be? somethings wrong with the formula.

i agree that the formula is broken, but this is apple and oranges. global rankings are based on raw stats while mvp are based on adjusted crap stats. i will forever be in favor of the formula using more averages and fewer total yards and total TDs. i remember a player many seasons ago that on the mvp and only averaged about 2 yards a carry, but he got the ball every time, so he had a ton of yards.

in general tho, bort is just too arrogant to listen to everyone telling him that the formula is FUBAR.

Can we combine this fix with a fix of the HOF as well?

It's coming up with a solution that works across the board that's the issue. It's not problem recognition.
