How much SPD do i need to go for and what aeq should be next. (FS is extra SA)

Speed should be fine if you get it to or above 83 natural. Getting vision up to that would help as well, but don't neglect confidence since that matters for tackling. For AEQ you could consider force fumble or just double up on make tackle.

I would try to get speed to 90 natural if it were me
