Ok folks. These will be the final rankings for the regular season so soak them up and bask in their gloriousness, or complain whichever you like better. I'll get something done for the playoffs though so you're not rid of me yet!
WEEK 16 RANKINGS (R = USPL rookies this season, WL = i'm sure you can figure it out)
WESTERN
1 Vancouver Lions - Did anyone see the Lions ending up as the top seed at the beginning of the season?
2 5th Masterminds - One more week of coasting and it's still not settled on who they'll face in the 1st round.
3 Chicago Hedgehogs (WL) - Big win should lock up the 4 seed for them.
4 Monmouth Evil Monkeys - It's been 8 weeks since MEM lost a game. Looking solid as they head into the playoffs.
5 South Georgia Growl - As shocking as it is, the Growl have only beaten 2 playoff teams this season – MEM and the Spoilers. They get one more shot against the Gryphons next week.
6 Stormwind City Gryphons - Nice match-up next week to finish up the season but the only thing they'll gain is moving up one spot if they win. They did fare better against MEM than they did against Chicago though so they may want to go for the W to set-up a rematch.
7 Tulsa Storm - Failed to capitalize on a 14 point 1st half lead when they were shut out in the 2nd half.
8 Sin City Spoilers - Much needed win just locked the Spoilers in as the 8th seed. Good luck!

1 South Otto Fragile Porcelain Mice - Win or lose they're the top seed so how important is 16-0 to them?
2 Oakland Suppressors - Like the Lions this team has outperformed my expectations and should have the 2 seed locked up with a game against the Crocs wrapping up their season.
3 Las Vegas Gold Diggers - Easy game next week has them finishing 13-3 and at this point the only thing that could screw up the top seeding would be for Oakland to lose next week (not sure what the tiebreakers would look like if Oakland, LV and CSA all finish up 13-3, not to mention if Denver adds their name to that equation).
4 College Station Aggies - Same story as LV.
5 Denver Giant 9'ers - Would need to upset the Mice next week to have any shot of moving up the seeding. Anyone see that happening? Besides Denver that is
6 Atlantic City Affliction - Dropped back to back games but should finish up 10-6. They need the Fury to upset ATKM in order to move in to the 6th seed.
7 All The King's Men - Not much wiggle room for the Men. Lose and they're 7 seed. Win and they stay at 6. Either way, as of today, that would set up a game against a team they've beaten in the regular season.
8 Nashville Hounds - Should take final game easily and right now looking like the team that will land in the 8th seed and we'll see them turn it on and upset the Mice on route to a 4-0 run through the playoffs...maybe.
9 "The Combine's" Tennessee Fury (R) - 3rd Q pick 6 really put them in a bad spot against Oakland and now they MUST win their final game to make the playoffs. No way around it since the Hounds face a team that has only beaten the bottom 4 teams in the conference.
