I am thinking about being a OC/DC on a regular team again. I would like to have the playbook ready to go before I get a team to GM on. Is this Possible?

If you ask someone they might give you Offense privlages. If their nice, and they know they can trust you.

you could buy a team toward the end of the season (when the costs are next to zero if not zero), then use that AI
