I have just made an offensive coordinator forum to help anyone who wants to be an OC become the ultimate OC. I give techniques, AI starters, helpful ideas, and would love other experienced OCs to join too, to help. I am making this forum because there are very few active OC forums.

I am not trying to be negative or anything but you haven't had a ton of success as a OC from what I can see. I was just wondering why you would think that people would want to learn from you? just looking at your profile there are no trophies for any type of coordinator job. the only OC job you have the team is 10-2 but it looks like the offense struggles especially from what little I looked at the friendlies.

I respect your comment. I recently started being successful offensive coordinating, and if you checked my recent games ,with my team that I am the offensive coordinators of, we have done great! Also, I am not saying I will give too much advice in the forum. I hope to get a lot of great OCs to post and help the newbies on their questions. But as I said I made this so there is an active offensive coordinating forum.

I understand fully and there is no need to take what I said as a personal attack on you. I was just stating that most people want to learn from someone that has alot of success. most people that want to learn how to OC look at trophies something you do not have. they want to see someone OCing more than 1 team and they want to see that you are capable of running different types of offense's. again I am not trying to come across as a ass with you. I am just having a open discussion that is all. I am not personally attacking you or anything. I think it is admirable that you are wanting to help others out and do what you can to help others learn to OC. I am just saying that you probably won't get alot of people wanting in unless you have some top knotch OC's that are going to share knowledge.

Quick rundown he is starting a OC forum I basically told him not to get his hopes up of it being a huge success since he hasn't had a ton of success as a OC yet. and that what he is attempting to do is a great thing but if he wants it to be successful he needs to get some more well known OC's to help him get it started to get a following for the forum. I wasn't talking down to him or anything at all just offering some advice.

I totally understand. I hope after a few seasons this forum will grow from around 20 people to 100+ people

I hope it does as well as it grows keep bumping it or have some of your top guys post about it and that will help it grow. what you are trying to do is a great thing man no doubt and like I said I wasn't trying to come across in a bad way.

If I was actually a good OC yeah I would help out. but I haven't really done very good at OCing in longwhile. the time constraints and just basically stepping back from the game some has me behind on OCing. I can try to help out in offering advice some if that would help though. but as far as teaching others how to OC I am just not up to date enough to do that.
