Borts last minute "Clutch" stuff coming into effect. In all fairness SD gave away the game with the 4 fumbles and had a shot with 1:30 left and the ball, if they had the right stacks moving down the field should be almost automatic with broken comeback stacks.
Both the QB and WR should have clock manager....37.5% bump to pass quality and catch
WR comeback kid...+37.5% to catch
Mr. Reliable +30% to catch on 3rd and 4th.
Even with stacking penalties, those WR's should have had a +60% catch bump on 3rd and 4th (assuming just a +15% catch piece) and the QB would have been like +35% pass quality.
I'm not even going to bring up Sure hands or OT killer helping. That last drive should have been automatic kind of...at least completing 1 out of every 4 passes.
Factor in the fumbles, I think this is a case of better builds overcoming a worse gameplan. We'll see you in a couple of weeks Madcow...look better
