Mid Season Team Reviews, and League Power Plays.
ALPHA
1. Dubrovnik Destroyers 7-0
The Destroyers have already beaten the best of the Alpha, with a very few teams left out there with a slight chance of beating them, I'm looking at them to be the team in Alpha that goes undefeated. Great all around coaching, great Chem levels, and it seems great players builds, even if they are a level or 2 below. How can you beat this team? The Burglers came close, but close only counts in Horseshoes and Hand Grenades.
Predicted record. 16-0
2. Sarajevo Reapers 6-1
The Reapers are coming into this game as my #2 pick. They have a great all around team, and a Top 5 team in the League. “4” With that monster Deebo out there, no Qb can rest. Until Bort makes some adjustments and sending blockers out on single people, Deebo will always be a force. Cary Stayner is slowly raking up his yards this season, and is averaging 5.4 ypc. .1 better than last season. His 19 touchdowns are on pace of what he did last season at 38.
Predicted Record 14-2
3. Sheboygan Chaos Theory 6-1
Ct comes into this season so far at #3. With a lose to the Destroyers, I think Ct has rebounded well enough to warrant a Top 3 team. With a medium strength schedule ahead of them, they are looking at the worse of a #4 seed going into the playoffs. Brink Logan is as sharp as they come throwing the ball. There offensive line isn't a joke either, as they have only given up 10 hurries and 3 sacks. 2 of those sacks were against the Destroyers.
Predicted Record.14-2
4. Barger Hill Burglers 5-2
Good all around team, the Burglers have lost there 2 games to Top 3 teams. You cant fault them for that. Joe Lassiter still leads this team very well mixing up whom he throws to. On defense its Joe Gott, that has stumbled in and gotten 7 interceptions. With just a few mix and bang teams ahead of them, The Burglers should come out of the two loses pretty unscathed.
Predicted record. 13-3 .
There is a Big Drop in Talent once we get out of the Top 4. 5-8 are very similar teams.
5. Washington Chairmen 4-3
It took me a while to decide who I wanted at this spot. They have played a few of the Top teams. Held there own pretty good against #2 Reapers. That was the deciding factor. This team is inconsistent, but like Ive said, when there on there on, and there a hard team to beat. They didn't give up a sack to the Monster known as Deebo. Jeff Greenburg is one of the top Qb's in the league. Throwing 16 touchdowns, with only 6 picks.
Predicted Record. 10-6
6. Georgia Tec-9s 4-3
The Tech-9s are my #6 choice. They beat the Demons, on a 92 yard pass. Granted it was luck, but hey teams get lucky, and because of that they get the spot above the Demons. Good strong offensive line, they have only given up 1 sack this season. I want to see what this team can do now there in the heart of there schedule. They can afford a few loses here and there, but what effect will morale play, when they come into the games against teams fighting like they will be?
Predicted Record. 8-8
7. Gen. Patton's Demon Brigade 4-3
With a win against the Chairmen and R.A.R this team still has to prove to me that they belong with the top dawgs in the playoffs. They still have games against all the Top teams. I think the loss to the Tech-9s, and one of the upset teams, could keep this team out of the Playoffs. I have them pull a miracle upset against Chaos Theory, but that will be a Miracle if they do that. They have pulled off the Miracle game before. They will need it again.
Predicted Record. 8-8
8. NFL Fanatix 3-4
Underrated and in a corner, the Fanatix need to come out. They have the team to do so. Game Planning or builds are killing them. Once they get it figured out they will be out firing. This is the team that will upset some of those 4-3 teams that will be fighting for a good seeding. With one of the easier schedules coming up, things should swing their way.
Predicted record. 9-7
9. St. Petersburg Red Army Regulars 4-3
This team hasn't showed me they belong with the playoff teams. I'm not saying they are playoff quality, but they need to step up now. They have some teams they have to face that could destroy there chances at the playoffs. The Fanatix are one of them. This week will be a MUST win. If they lose there looking at possibly sitting at #9 when the season ends. They get nailed with the best team in the Zeta. That will hurt them a lot.

10. Kazan Golden Horde 2-5
The 5 losses so far has all but put the Horde out of the playoffs. The best part though is they have a chance to really do some damage against the Chairmen and Demon Brigade. They have the talent and Chem to knock around some heads.
