Four way multi-train strength, agility, speed, and then use your free first choice on stamina until you cap vision or tackling. You shouldn't train anything in the 40s since that gives low value compared to SP cost. Basically, it's better to stop training something around 35 and wait to cap that with skill points, then you can train it again at 49+.
