… Record ……… Team
^ 1 ^ .. 13-0-0 … E-City Mercenaries
* 2 * .. 11-2-0 … Tigana Tigers
* 3 * .. 10-3-0 … Mexican Misfits
* 4 * .. 10-3-0 … Portland Rage
* 5 * .. 10-3-0 … A Team of Ice and Fire
6 .. 9-4-0 … Dirty South Brew Crew
7 .. 8-5-0 … Valhalla Fighting Danes
8 .. 8-5-0 … United Empire

* OFFICIALLY ELIMINATED - Arkadak Deadliest Warriors, The GlobeDotters Phuket Vandals, D-Town Fire, Mentone Beach Assault, Quahog Royally Drunken Clams, and Fareham Demons

- Windsor Nobles - have got to win out in order to get into the playoffs, but they could in fact do it. They start off with an easy game against D-Town and then face the Knights and Valhalla who if you want in the playoffs, you should beat. I have a feeling that even with all those wins, they could end up losing out on the tie breaker with the Brew Crew; however, there still is a chance for the Nobles. Time to step it up a notch!

- Philadelphia Knights - are technically still in the playoff hunt, but with the Rage and Misfts on deck; they have a slight problem in making that dream come true. Not to mention a battle with the Nobles for that last spot could spell trouble for any post season hopes. It's playoff time for the Knights now; win one game and you could be in. Win two games and you're in!

- United Empire - has two easy games left on their schedule and should be able to lock up a playoff spot, but their game against Ice and Fire could make things very interesting as they could lock up the 6th seed.

- Valhalla Fighting Danes - lost their way in the second half of the season and have the Misfits coming up next; not a great start to close out the season sitting in the 7th seed. Yes, they'll probably lose and move down in the standings, but they have a for sure win against Arkadak still. The big question for them will be how they'll do against a hungry Windsor team fighting its way into the playoffs.

- Dirty South Brew Crew - currently have the 6th seed as they look in on the worst closing schedule in Alpha. Tigers + Rage + Misfits = 9 - 7 record, but will that be enough to even stay in the playoffs? They'll need help and to have some tie breakers a long the way, but will that earlier loss to the Knights come back to haunt them?

- A Team of Ice and Fire - I remember this team being very scary, but times have changed and they've dropped games to everyone above them except the Misfits. That win won't be enough to move them up in the standings, but they should win out the rest of the season unless the Emprire decides to game plan for them!

- Portland Rage - has two winnable games left and then a matchup against E-City right before the playoffs. Good news is E-City should be on cruise control for that game and probably won't even game plan. Maybe for a Flex Donation they'll throw the game for you! Downside is due to the big snafu Week 1, you'll end up in a four way tie with the Misfits and Tigers where the Rage lost both. No problem, still a home game this post season.

- Mexican Misfits - are up against three beatable teams and are sitting at a great spot to steal the #2 seed. The Misfits took out the Tigers and the Rage earlier in the season and as long as they don't fall asleep at the wheel, should close out the season at 13-3 with a tie with the Tigers. As long as the Tigers lose to E-City, the Misfits are looking good for the playoffs.

- Tigana Tigers - have 12 wins locked up this season, but will still have a huge matchup with E-City along with the Brew Crew who could give them a challenge. They will probably pick up a loss from E-City, but they should win their other two matchups. They could keep the #2 seed, but that loss will put them in a tie where they've lost the tie breaker to the Misfits.

- E-City Mercenaries - have 14 wins locked up this season along with a home playoff game. They will have to close out with the Tigers and Rage still, but one win against either of those teams will lock up the #1 seed. Sitting currently at the 17th Global Ranked team, they're looking at a lock in the playoffs and a quick return to the World League.

… Record ……… Team
^ 1 ^ .. 13-0-0 … Alpine 9 Graz Grizzlies 6-7-0
* 2 * .. 12-1-0 … HOOD Gods 10 L.A. Halos 6-7-0
* 3 * .. 11-2-0 … Porto People Eaters 11 Mauritius Mountain Lions 4-9-0
* 4 * .. 10-3-0 … Birmingham Beavers 12 Evil Fleet 3-10-0
* 5 * .. 9-4-0 … Cincinnati Stoners 13 Lawrence Stop Signs 3-10-0
* 6 * .. 9-4-0 … London Underground 14 Cin City River Boats 2-11-0
7 .. 8-5-0 … Holland Hashpipes 15 Oslofjorden Seagulls 1-12-0
8 .. 6-7-0 … Glasgow Tigers 16 Italy Bears 0-13-0

* OFFICIALLY ELIMINATED - Italy Bears, Oslofjorden Seagulls, Cin City River Boats, Lawrence Stop Signs, and Evil Fleet

- Mauritius Mountain Lions - are technically still alive for the playoffs, but they'll need everything to go wrong for the other teams in Zeta and everything to go right for the Mountain Lions in order to stay alive. **shakes the Magic 8 Ball** "Outlook not so good"

- L.A. Halos - have 7 wins locked up this season and they still have a shot at post season play, but they'll need to find a way to take down Porto and the Underground in order to do it. The Underground have shown they could be beat as they keep most games very close, but it will take a great game plan in order to take down Porto. Still at their age, great job this season!

- Graz Grizzlies - have an important win over the Tigers which in a tie breaker situation could be huge! Downside is the Grizzlies need to win out to get into the playoffs or pray the Mountain Lions find a way to take down the Tigers. Graz has a possible win against the Hashpipes, but they'll have to bring their A game in order to tame the Beavers.

- Glasgow Tigers - are sub 500 right now, but have two easy wins left on their schedule; their only concern would be fighting off the Mountain Lions and their grand hopes of making the post season. Should be no problem for the Tigers, but at best they're looking at a 9 - 7 record and with their win over the Hashpipes; the Tigers could move up a spot in the rankings.

- Holland Hashpipes - has one easy game left, but the Grizzlies will be coming strong as they're looking for post season play as well. Not that the Underground will take it easy on the Hashpipes either; it's time to win out and prove you have what it takes to be in the post season. Besides, you don't really want to face off with either of the top seeds in Zeta.

- London Underground - should come out of the season with 12 wins, but they sure like to keep the games close. I think it's noble how they like to keep teams around and don't show off by beating the crap out of them; of course they could come back to bite them if they can beat the Halos who are hungry for some post season play.

- Cincinnati Stoners - have 11 wins locked up this season and a big matchup with Porto to really decide who gets a home playoff game. A win against Porto and they should have a home playoff game. Too bad Bort hates the Stoners and matched them up with E-City to start off the season!

- Birmingham Beavers - have got to bring something to their matchup with the HOOD Gods as they'll need some protection with their ranking as a loss their could drop them in the standings. Not to mention a matchup with a tough Graz team; a home playoff game is a possiblity, but it will still be a fight.

- Porto People Eaters - have a huge matchup with Alpine coming up and even a tough game against the Stoners to close out the season. Sure the Halos are fighting for respect, but that should be a for sure win for Porto. That earlier season loss to the Beavers could come back to haunt them with the end rankings; of course so could their game against the Stoners.

- HOOD Gods - really have 14 wins locked up this season and should be a home playoff game with the #2 seed locked up, but technically not just yet. They still have a team of hungry Beavers chasing after them and there's a chance they may just lie down and take all the Beavers can give them; however, they are Gods so I'm sure they can take what the Beavers can give.

- Alpine - really have 15 wins locked up this season and a home playoff game; more than likely the #1 seed, but technically not yet. They're sitting at the 14th Global Ranked team and dubbed the best National Pro Team in GLB; their stay with us has been short, but most of Zeta probably won't miss them when they're gone!

Yeah Beavers are hosed there...we need to beat Graz this season and pray something goes wrong in London for a home game. I see the 5th seed as a likely seeding...either way...avoiding Alpine and HOOD in the first round is the key!

We can lose to Porto and still be guaranteed the #1 spot. So we are locked in.
