The Story:
I took an OC job in S21 with a team. Was with them happily until a few days ago. What happened was, the staff looked past my hard work recruiting, and preparing for Season 24 because of some pre season games, and scrimmages that I had told them I would not be ready for.

-Plenty of experience
-Elite league or Pro and higher

Post here - NO PMs

I'd like to give you another shot if your interested. I know i did you wrong on LAWN but i wont do that again, my offense sucks and i need help bad. If your not interested i understand, but it's worth a shot. We got a great DC but i suck at OC as you can tell by the first game of the season.

First of all, the offense, NEVER changed. He doesn't communicate well, he has sudden outbursts when someone asks him what's going on with the offense. He even admitted to being under so much 'school related stress' that at any point in time he might go psycho again.

M seemed like a good guy, he might be, I wouldn't know. But it was no fault of South Bend that he finds himself looking for a new job.

So my advice, if you take M on as your OC, don't ask him about his offense. Don't communicate with him, and don't expect production consistently. He lacks overall experience and knowledge, he has alot to learn. I truly mean no disrespect to M. I think honestly, more than anything, this was an unfortunate situation that turned sour in a hurry. Perhaps he's a great OC and if you're willing to take on the potential hazards, perhaps you'll find a diamond in the rough.

Like I said, he may be, I don't really know him as an agent. I haven't ever had an issue with him beyond what happened in South Bend. I'm just saying the other side of the story.

You.. of all people.

It wasnt the fault of South Bend. It was you, the RECRUITER, running your whore mouth.
Should have spoke when spoken to, to be honest.

Alright Bro, I'm sorry that's how you feel, but you're entitled to your opinion, I think everyone who's looked at this thread can see, that this was one of those situations that just flat out went sour for everyone. I don't think it's a reflection on you as a person M, at least it shouldn't be. And I don't think it should be a reflection on me or South Bend. Everyone played their part and it played out much differently than everyone would've liked it too.

There's a lot of respectable people in here, to include Ryan Grant, Ricksta, SLZ, and Mad Dawg.

And I'd absolutely say to people who are interested in M, be patient, but don't be afraid to take a chance, he's got a good head and lots of potential.

Take advantage of the opportunities that you're being provided and continue to learn. You'll get to the level you want to be and you'll be a great OC, that I'm sure of. Not every experience will be a good one. This one wasn't. I'm fine with that, you should be too. Just move on and look forward to your next experience.
