I normally don't respond b/c I don't know how valuable my input is...but your avatar intimidated me into responding, so here's my 2 cents.
You have to figure out if you'd like to be a pass-rushing or run-containing DE. If pass-rushing the key attributes seem to be Speed & Agility for equip. One or the other seems to be equipped by most pass-rushing DEs. The others I've seen with equipment have been Vision or Strength, but always accompanied by Speed or Agility.
For containment I'd imagine Strength & Agility would be the most important. But I haven't done as much work there.
Maybe someone who's better at this than me can give you a better answer.
