S23 Record: 9-7
What We're Looking For: We are searching for Offensive & Defensive Scouts. We are very open to individuals who want to learn the offense and defense (aspiring coordinators) who are willing to come into the team under our current coordinators and learn and take on roles as scouts for Season 24.
A Little about our team: Last year was a break through year for South Bend, drastically improving their season record from S22, to finish 9-7 in S23.
The Offseason thus far as been spent POURING our efforts into upgrading the team and bringing in well built youth to sustain a long-term competitive capability.
We are looking for individuals who have at least some grasp on defensive tactics (again we're willing to take on people who want to learn but you've gotta know enough to be able to scout).
Activity is a must, this is not a 'lolgm' role to improve your reputation via association. This is a Scouting Role that could lead to bigger and better things in the future. We would like at least 1 Offensive Scout and 1 Defensive Scout (if we can get 2 of each that would be even better).
