Saw my first one this past game. I must admit some games I have stopped watching after a bit. So maybe I missed some.

Anyone else seen any?

Wondering how rare they are.

i've seen a few ... and about 100 that make no visual sense as to why they weren't blocked. it's completely stupid tbh

I think Bort just changed some missed FGs and XPs to blocked, but the frequency is still the same.

My issue with it is that it still seems very random. If it is something that can be built towards and strategy can be applied, then it adds to the game. Just adding random blocks is like having cows in the fields before a stadium is complete....it may be interesting the first time you see it, but then it is just another boring part of the game.

Yeah, same here. I've seen some that looked like they should be blocked and the couple I've seen blocked were just not obvious looking enough.

not sure how obvious you mean, but given that a missed blocked kick could pass an inch from an upraised hand and has, and that our dots are literally big Dots, I don't see that as being indicative of a big problem.

And yes it would be nice if you could build to make it happen more or less.

So long as it stayed within NFL normal ranges. I would not want to see 4 blocked kicks in a game any more than I would want to see 4 KR TDs or 4 KR fumbles.

i've seen 2 dots on the place holder before the kicker has even gotten close to the "ball"

I am telling you guys.

Bort took the "missed XP" input, changed the wording to "blocked" and did nothing else. It is not based on any player atts.....just an RNG output.

Your 4 KR fumbles in your last game were completely your fault. When will you learn to take responsibility for the mistakes YOU make in this game?

I changed my ST builds to be what you said they should be.

I changed to a KR who has high strength and high carry at the expense of speed, to the point where he has only dropped the ball once all season in KR till that game.

The system is frakked up, apparently primarily because of whatever combo of VAs and SAs and tactical settings you are using to allow an exploit that blows out stupid stats.

That should be fixed. You are gaming the game. Nothing wrong with that. But if the results are a lousy sim, you change the game to prevent that from happening. Bort has done it many times with other broken results. This is one of them. We will see if the AEQ % change fixes it.

You are too much!!

You take my advice and have no problems all season long. Then you play the team that has caused you the most problems... the team that forces the most fumbles in OPL EVERY season... the team most likely to expose any problems you might have as far as your returner holding onto the ball... you make a significant improvement from the last two meetings and yet you have the gall to blame the fumbles on the game instead of trying to figure out what else you might improve.

Are you really that dense to think that I spelled everything out to you on what you should do to cure your fumbling problem? Why do you insist on having the game spelled out for you? Is it really that hard to spend some time trying to figure out what you might be doing wrong? You have a big glaring problem with what you are doing with the return game. It is mind numbingly obvious by the results of our game. Someone with your IQ should have seen it right away. I am pretty sure others have pointed it out to you before. But no... you see 4 fumbles in the box score and grab your pitchfork and your maxipad.

There are a lot of teams that dont have problems holding onto the ball against our coverage teams. Again, the problem is YOU... NOT the game. Fix your shit before you whine that the game needs to be fixed!

Sigh. Editing for politeness.

Dude STFU about it already.

No offense, but your opinion and mine are different, and that is just the way it is. You want to think you are right, go ahead. I just happen to think you are mistaken.

Next time you see me say something to someone else about it, please understand that I am not asking for you to repeat your attacks upon me. Kay?
