Look at it this way, since you now have your own team you can test out your idea of putting the Special Teamer VA on all OL that aren't on specials or only play on the FG team. i am sure all of GLB is waiting on the results of that experiment.

Yes he did, but my team is 5-8 so . This thread shows that SI put in a lot of hours to gameplan for that game, good for him. his hard work is paying off. There is no question that he does a good job and works hard at it, thats not why he got fired.

He wears out his welcome after a few seasons. This thread, his changing of his avatar to a DWO avatar and the many other threads he started regarding his firing show his true colors. He needs to move on already, its 2 seasons ago.

Aside from your assistant DC i don't think i know anyone in DWO, but getting even a halfway decent OC thrown out with the overall lack of ability in GLB seems rather silly.

just to be clear, SI was never in the DWO. He was the OC for a team that was looking to become part of the DWO.

Just like in real football there are guys that have all the talent in the world that teams no longer want, Albert Haynesworth, Terrell Owens, Randy Moss etc. They are good for a few seasons and then are no longer worth the trouble.

I would rather play the game with people I like, its just a silly computer game.

it's a shit move for your agents, if as an owner you do not put the effort in to trying to win...tbh i put more onto having fun, but if people are paying to play they generally want to do well. With that said removing people that are good because they annoy you is silly.

I guess everyone has their own group of agents they prefer to associate with but everyone of those groups enjoying winning...

I think you are mistaken in your accusation. SI was never associated with my Danbury team. This is what makes his post so pathetic, he is posting here because I am in here when my team has nothing to do with SI. It was a totally different owner and it was a losing team and SI was pretty much running it.

I am not that well known throughout GLB, I choose to play in my group and my team for the most part and if one of my guys need help I help them. My current team is mostly a team made up of agents I have been playing with for about 18+ seasons and we try to be competitive but we dont really have that many serious agents so a lot of our builds are just average. You probably do not know a lot about the DWO which is fine, we are a relatively new coalition and are only into our 4th season. We have not had issues with winning. If you had a team in the lower leagues I am sure you would be more familar. our goal is to teach agents to get better at the game making it more enjoyable.

First of all, I didn't change my AI at all. Look at the game before. I didn't even know you had a team in this league. If I had known you were here, I would have started talking shit before game 1 and then would have continued to talk smack by making about 20 posts before your game........ telling you how bad you were going to get crushed. And then another 20 posts afterwards rubbing it in. I only noticed recently when there was a post in our team forum about how the owner of the team was whining about something. I clicked to see who the owner was and THERE YOU WERE. Haha.

Second, we realize your team sucks, but that is just because you are running things, not because you don't have the levels to compete. You ineptitude isn't really a good excuse of why you lost, especially when you got me fired for saying that I didn't know what I was doing.

Lastly, everyone that I've talked to who knows something out this game thinks putting Special Teamer on so-so back-up linemen who play half of their plays on special teams and are forced out on 3rd downs....is a good idea as their 4th VA choice.

I was just pissed that our owner chose to listen to 2 morons who came in who just arrived on a team instead of someone who has had success at every stop along the way. You seemed to be caught up in the little details of the regular season and I was already planning for the playoffs. I didn't even notice that the special teams chart wasn't set for a game against a scrub team. Oh no! We might only win because of 80 instead of 100 because we didn't optimize our special teams depth chart!

Grudge? Nah. I didn't care. That team was disbanding anyway. I can certainly understand the owner's perspective also. It wasn't because he thought you guys knew anything more than me. He just wanted in your club for all the players you promised him. I probably would have done the same thing.

What is funny is that the stick up your ass is lodged up there so far that you can't take a little ribbing that you certainly deserved for getting your ASS KICKED by a guy that you pretend to know so much more than. I just hoped that you guys made the playoffs so that we could curb stomp you again.

If I'm TO or Randy Moss of NFL players (which isn't a horrible comparison), then you are the Dave Shula of coaching and the Matt Millen of GMs.

650 yards of offense with my base offense using a completely new team that I had coached for maybe 3-4 games using an reg I offense that I was new to. I probably would have put up 1,000 if I had scouted your team or played you later in the season. And yes, I would have run out to the star in the middle of the field and spiked the ball in your face.
