should i retire him after the contract is up? its 2 seasons long btw

If you haven't boosted him, yes, next time, try capping your main attributes at higher points (73/77/81/84/86) and don't spend on SA's until you finish capping whatever needs to be capped.

ow i did boost himwhen i started paying attention to builds and now i been trying to fix his build this whole season.
