I will be Buying a team for season 24 and will need an OC, DC, SC, scouter, recruiter... I need it all. I am also looking to use my dots on the team so it would be a league they can play in, but I would be willing to make new dots and buy a rookie team if the coordinaters would like to start a team from the ground up.
