Animist Cup The traditional religions of both Oceania and Africa are often animist http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animist exemplified by a belief in evil spirits.
Tribal Cup Tribal life formed the core of each continent prior to colonization
The 3rd World Cup Africa and many of the Islands of Oceania are classified as 3rd world status, meaning a lower economic status

Add your ideas to this and we (Africa and Oceania) can vote on what makes the most sense.

Of those, I like the Tribal Cup

Maybe a stretch, but in Orwell's book 1984, Oceania captured Africa

I'm liking Tribal Cup as well.

Tribal .. but 3rd World is interesting since both Pro leagues are always the but of jokes now.
