I would stop at 80 speed, and yes I agree vision should be next and you should take it to 78. After that I would do tackling (at least 74), then agility. Finish up with strength and stamina and you are more or less there.

Would you really go for a minor (agi) before a major (str) ? Or is FS different than SS?

I personally would. My view of is in order to benefit from STR during a tackle, a player must first be in a position to make the tackle.

sorry I got my archetypes confused. You do need your agility to be high (68 or 74 is possible for your build), but strength is the major here. You have to ask yourself which caps you are going to take them to. How high is your strength going to be? Majors gain double the ALG's of minors, so a 6-cap (78+) minor is gaining as much as a 3-cap (61+) major. For this reason you should get your strength to at least 61 before touching your agility. Your order should go vis->tack->str->agi->stam, even though you might be taking agility to a higher cap than strength.

With this plan you will have very little room for SA's...and HH is about SA's. You might want First Step to counter your low agility and penalized CD. You will want FF% eq and 3 SA pieces most likely. Big/Monster Hit are both very good. A piece in big hit plus the fact that it is favored is a way to get a high value SA without spending much. Super Vision never ever hurts. It will be up to you (and possibly the store) what you want to do with your EQ/SA's.
