had str at 63 and vision at 71 with tackling at 75 but a few people said that with DvG i don't need str that high...i know that vision helps with jumping the snap but where would you like to see it at? don't know where else i would sacrifice really.

also do you have an opinion on going disguise blitz vs blitz? i was thinking with his spd/agi at those high of numbers stacking more with the blitz SA and FS could make it super nasty...BUT i have heard so much about the blitz SA doing nothing

Necessary though? I'm trying to figure out if I need to plan to have the SPs to push up another SA or whether he'll be good with high speed/FS.

I've seen some of the most successful blitzing CBs and they aren't up there.

You have to account for speed of game changing though. Players are going to be faster in general, and QB builds are going to be absolutely insane since that was made the most over powered position in the game.

My LB will look something like

My problem with both builds in this thread is mainly with the AEQ, if your building a pass rusher you shouldn't get the BB%, if you get caught on a block u won't get the sack, that statement is true 90%+ of the time. so use your AEQ for more.

both of you guys have str at 80, the only positions that is stronger than is elusive backs (50-60 is stronger than most), and SOME WRs so what is really the point of putting the points in there vs other spots? your still going to get pancaked like a MOFO by every lineman...ur objective as a pass rusher is to not get touched

why can't we add or swap our extra SA to get TV?

what are the thoughts on disguise blitz vs blitz? guess it kinda depends on your DC, disguise is more useful if the LB is sent up the gut a lot more, pure spd is for outside rushers

That's why I'm probably going with 2 MT% instead of 1 MT and 1 BB%.

But strength isn't the only factor in BB%. Agility and vision also play a role.

However, there are times receiving TE is held in to block a blitzing LB (which usually means a little longer before the pass is made if DC has good coverage on WRs), and LBs can occasionally break HB/FB blocks for the sack as well.
