Each team has one vote (owner, GM, or whoever).

I will add up the votes in 2 days or so so we can have our final rank. For reference, here is the RPI based from the spreadsheet. Something looks wacky to me (I don't think Buda should be 10th, but it is what the output shows.

Rank these 24 teams 1 through 24. Paying attention to the middle of the pack is important, since it will likely mean who will play since we have the most teams.

Here are my rankings:

1. The GlobeDotters: Indianapolis Gurupies - Took care of Banzai better than Buda
2. Sumatra Seahawks - best team on Zeta and just a notch lower than Gurupies
3. Buda Pests - only the Gurupies are better than them in Alpha and if not for that ranked scrimmage loss to Gurupies would be at #2.
4. Banzai Pipeline 'Nites - only Gurupies/Buda stand in their way
5. Gold Coast Vipers - probably just a hair lesser than Sumatra
6. Komodo Dragon - impressive team despite early season loss to Mules
7. SWAT City Vigilantes - although they lost to Offtopica but then next game kept it close again Banzai they find themselves ranked #7
8. Amsterdam Bulls - "close" game against Sumatra puts them here
9. Deadwood Mules - despite loss to Rhinocopters, they "hanged" in there against #1 Gurupies team as well against Vipers
10. Axis: Pinoy All Stars 2 - lopsided loss against Banzai brought them back to earth and seemed to have struggled a bit against Scotstown and that's reason why they're ranked #10
11. Gold Coast Michelin Men - close game against 7-1 Pinoy-2 got them ranked here
12. Razorback Nation - pretty good showing against Zeta's top two teams and they can flip-flop rank with South Bend depending on week #9 game
13. South Bend Rhinocopters - same reason as Razorback
14. Easter Island Moai - tough team and always dangerous team
15. Offtopica Miracle - close win against low ranked Scotstown
16. Brantford Promnight Dumpster Babies - looks like they're coming back after a rough start
17. Prague Panthers - good game against GCV got them ranked higher than Supa Chargers but may flip-flop after week #9 match against them
18. San Diego Supa Chargers - bigger loss against GCV got them ranked below Prague
19. Tampa Bay Puganeers - after a good start they took it on the chin 3 straight games and that dropped them here at #19
20. Oberon Bull - rough big losses and Oberon finds themselves ranked #20
21. Compton Panthers. - could be ranked 1 to 2 rungs higher if not for their loss to Kona
22. Northwood Trojans - close game against SWAT have me doubting if they are supposed to here but they'll be a good team against the other leagues lower ranked teams.
23. Scotstown Hitmen - looks to be dangerous at this ranking
24. Plainview Bulldogs - hope they pull off a win against the lowest rank team of the other league.

Thanks to seahawk10's correction, I've updated my rankings.
My eyes most likely played tricks on me in that ranked scrimmage between Buda and Sumatra.

Just something to think about the rankings....

I would say that you guys please do take a look at the teams' games this season and not base it on the current team's win and loss numbers. A very good example is Banzai being ranked 5th or 6th and even as low as 8th. Their losses were against the undefeated Buda and Gurupies then basically destroyed my team. So I am not sure why they're ranked there while my team is ranked higher than them when we haven't played Buda or Gurupies yet.

NT ... my vote would be to just use Nibs on whichever day is closest.

It is just my script, and it is only for league games. That is why I just used it as a starting point, but not going to count it in the rankings.

Mine is not a script, I just took nthomas' initial post and re-arranged things based on how I measure up a teams strength.
Please state your case if you think your team is too low or too high. I liked jdpbernal's input and I switched some of my team rankings around based on it.

I will let this run until later tomorrow night, so if you want to change your rankings up until then, feel free.
