Juke or Quick Cut, and all remaining skill points into stamina.

You guys think stamina matters over 55 for effectiveness on a play by play basis?

When you're in a 3 back set 55 stamina seems to allow your back to play at an elite level every play of every game

Unless they are correct in their theory that stamina is a limiter to max speed.

First step is what boosts max speed

49 stamina + 11 first step = 60 stamina 11 first step max speed

Stamina is an in-play limiter on top speed even if you start the play with 100 energy. And First Step has no effect on most HB run plays because hand-offs and pitches are scripted, so by the time it could kick in you're moving too fast for it to activate the SA. The only way it fires for HBs on runs is if they slow down to almost a stop. It would fire when running pass patterns, though.

jd and I actually have different theories, but they are similar in that stamina has a role in top speed

4 Nat Quick Cut, 4 Nat FS, Juke 6 nat

catch ball fo sho. Should be pretty beast when those extra boosts roll out to really fill out his elusive tree.

This is what i argued to bug also, but he still made me take STA to 60

I wish the stamina-speed comparison link still worked. It was an eye-opener.

its still up somewhere. i dont feel like looking for it tho.

Not sure I understand your guys theory tho. If you have higher energy than your opponent late in the game you are playing on a higher level.

Thats what seperates pro's and wannabe's. Energy, stamina, etc in pro sports is serious, when i'm tired am at half my max speed!
