haha im not really sure who our official spokesman is but i was just looking at there forum and i saw that they said garts idea so i figured i would use his name

We should take Niboris rankings at midseason (d16?) that includes WL teams to create true 35 team rankings for both leagues.
#1 vs. #1
#2 vs. #2
#3 vs. #3
etc.

schedule all the games for d25

I think every team should be involved, regardless of whether they want to sign up or not. We get 4 free scrimmages, and besides that it costs less than a quarter to schedule this.

If the #3, #4 and #5 teams don't want to do the scrimmage, then they forfeit their match for their league, but #6 should still be playing #6, and filling the #3 spot for those who didn't participate..

Fuck opl, let's do that against a better region.
