your attributes are pretty low at that level, atleast one of them should be 90+ by now, get speed to 100 (use equipment). Stamina should be near 60 when you're done, and no AEQ hurts. Need some break block %

Get strength up to at least 77 and preferably 80 or 83 natural, then work on stamina. You don't need any more tackling than that.

this is pretty good advice. light train stamina forever and use the bt's to get a piece of break block aeq

Probably better off to cap stamina to 48 first, then continure training it and spend SPs on strength from there, to low 80s or better as mentioned above.
