Has someone sat down with you on how to build? Other than that if you are looking to make a whole team go casual or get involved in a network.

Respectfully, -5 effective level is telling you something. It's not your fault - GLB does a pretty horrible job making its build techniques obvious to newcomers.

A speedster with 71 natural speed halfway through his career has a ceiling of about 84-85 natural speed. That puts you at least 7-8 points slower than other speed guys, closer to 10 with respect to most Nat Pro+ builds ... and that's with you going all out to maximize speed from here. Unfortunately, speed is kinda the only thing a speedster archetype WR has going for them. No matter how hard you push it, your WR will be somewhere between mediocre and adequate. I'm sorry to have to say it, as I can't imagine how unpleasant it is to hear this after 214 days ... but if no one says it now, then you'll hear it when you've got 400 days old and it will be that much more upsetting.

In general, you're rounding your builds out. That makes sense from a real football standpoint, but not a GLB one. A speedster in GLB should spend points in nothing but speed until it's at least 81 (and some will recommend 83 or 87).

Same with your QBs and throwing, though you're closer there than with your WRs.
