I am the owner of OSU Dotball http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=1248. We are a competitive team with long-term aspirations. Unfortunately we went 7-9 last season nearly missing the playoffs in the Sophomore Competitive league. We are definitely good enough to hang with the best teams especially when we have the backing of a good OC. Unfortunately our current OC has become too busy in real life so that he doesn't have time to OC for us any more. So we are looking for a new OC. The only things that I expect out of an OC are that they remain active and game plan for their games. I give the OC full control of the depth chart and offensive a.i.
