1. A Team of Ice and Fire vs 3. United Empire
An 18 game win streak is on the line and with a 34 - 17 win last time they met; Ice and Fire is ready to take the next step in moving back to the World League. Downside is that the Empire has looked like a machine lately and is ready to grind up the Ice and spit out the Fire. No one is doubting that the 4th quarter of this game will be insane, but as the Empire rolled the Rage in the 4th quarter of their playoff game; Ice and Fire looked more human than ever as they edged out the Assault.
I'll take the Empire after that last Ice and Fire game; they honestly should have blown out the Assault...or maybe they're playing possum?.

1. Lawrence Stop Signs vs 2. Black Hand
The Stop Signs are not messing around here, a 51 - 9 beatdown of the Underground should have sent a message to the Black Hand... better bring your A game! Now the Black Hand brought in their 4th quarter heroics in their playoffs game, but didn't even need to score in the 4th when they beat the Stop Signs during the season 28 - 22; granted most of that win belongs to their Special Teams and their returner Nate Clements who had two kick returns for TDs in that game. The Stop Signs had 409 yards of offense mostly through the air, but they were able to move the ball. So this game could come down to if the Stop Signs game plan for their Special Teams or not.
I'll take the Stop Signs as I'm sure they can fix the Special Teams and they look hungry for the World League after that last win.
