He's solid but you didn't take his agility or speed to a high enough level to start - most would start at 77 for agi at a minimum for example. So end game he probably wouldn't be elite unless you hit a real nice EQ mix.

So you'd have the option now to make him the best dot you can right now and try and dominate at a lower level or make some inefficient SP moves into spd/agi to try and recover a bit. But did you also stop boosting? I'm not familiar with exact numbers and where players should be level-wise at different ages but 49 seems low for that age.

In that case I'd just try to make him as good as possible now. Maybe 7 cap SPD? And then 6 cap STR. And then 2 cap VIS.

Eventually you'd want 2nd cap stamina as well.

If you really wanna try and max out his effectiveness ASAP you could start going into SA's. Either buy an AEQ in FS/TV/SB or invest some SP. Technique man probably would be a safer bet to constantly fire at your level at around 100-105 agi. So you could also relocate a couple points if that were an option.
