Soft cap STA and then put the rest of his SP into AGI until lvl 56(should give you 2 more pts). For 3rd a/e i would go with shed blocks, but thats just me.

Also i would trade out your Break Thru bonus SA for Relentless Pursuit SA(really loving this one now)

You would need to get TCK to 70+ and get a MT% so you can play on Power Tck for Monster Hit to be effective

That's what I thought.

I have a 5% MT piece from who knows when, shopped at some point and didn't want to pass it up. This Monster Hit piece is a +3 Speed / Monster Hit for 18 BTs.

You've intrigued me enough to think it through though, appreciate your help.

NO to monster hit for a DE, with this build your only goal should be to get to the QB

in the end you will want your pass rushing tree to look like this

8 9 10 11 0

but that's just me

I would actually go 8-8-8-8 in the pass rushing tree for 80 sp and use the other 20 ish to get vision and stamina to a respectable level.

To take this a step farther, I would even think about the third aeq being one of those sa's to save sp and get stamina in to 65 range.
