Halp Plz--I've never built a CB to this level and I need input on where to take him:

Level 48 CB:

Strength: 7.3
Speed: 111.36 (+24)
Agility: 88.37 (+10)
Jumping: 68.95
Stamina: 56.29
Vision: 70.95
Confidence: 31.88
Catching: 37.88
Tackling: 46.18

Shutdown Corner Abilities
Swat Ball: 1
Sticky Hands: 1
Superior Vision: 1
Smooth Operator: 1
Shutdown Coverage: 1

currently planning on taking stamina to 60, am finally working strength into multi-training along with catching-tackling-confidence. will this do?

i would consider taking catching out for speed, agility or vision (probably vision as your vision is low), but that aside, it looks good to me.

You might wanna start training that strength so you can eventually at least cap it.

thanks--i've cycled out Catching for Vision--after looking at some WRs on my teams, it's obvious that I'm never going to actually match their Catching stats man-on-man. I suppose that means I should focus on beating them with jumping and vision, right?

as for AEQ: i'd like to run an Intercept 5%, PD 5%, then what? i was thinking of buying a Shutdown Coverage piece followed by a Super Vision one.

yup. my general philosophy (although some people disagree with me) is to not work on catching at all unless you want a CB that kind of specializes in INTs... in which case you are going to want to be looking at 60+ for your end build. mine will have just over 70. and those are all good pieces (although i might drop the INT% one if you can... a % bonus to something small is still small). SV is just good, and SDC, while isnt as good as we once thought, is still solid if for no other reason than the bonus to deflecting passes -- something that i think will make SDC a bit more important when they nerf the % AEQ pieces. i would maybe double up on deflect ball AEQ, get a SDC piece, and then maybe a CD or SV piece. avoid fake might be good in the future too, but right now it doesnt seem to do much.

okay, i sold my intercept piece for a SP/Speed+3 piece. now should i intense train Strength for a while, or keep it on [Strength/Stamina/Tackling/Confidence] ?

i would stay on the multi train. the higher the strength the better... but the same goes for those other 3 attributes as well.

Yeah I capped catching and it was a complete waste.
