Essentially I know we are all in a hurry to see some of these new plays in action before things get going, and since everyone doesn't have a team to scrimmage against where they can control both sides of both teams (as nice as it is) I thought maybe a competitive tournament viewable by all that used only the new plays would be a good idea.
Essentially the tournament is pretty simple, only use new plays... doesn't sound too difficult to me, punting/FG are obviously okay...
Hopefully we can get at least 8 teams and we'll try to finish this out by week 3-4 of the regular season at the latest.
