I dont have a lot of experience with QBs.

My current QB is a pocket passer. Throwing is where it should be, vision is in the making and I am done with training confidence. Strength is also almost done. But how to continue?

I want to bring up stamina next. I read that 61 is the cap, where you want to be at the end. Whats with agility and speed. I havent touched these yet. Where should they be? Get them to 48? Or just light train them after all is set and done?

Thanks in advance!

For the stamina portion, ask yourself whether you plan to play (or make) a team with a two-QB system or one-QB system (or hell, even three-QB). Avoid one-QB system teams to best conserve your stamina to divert it to other attributes. For two-QB systems, I personally go ~52'ish.

For confidence, you can also cut corners by being a heart of champ QB. I actually went only 3/1 on mine and played on a good team who consistently made the playoffs, so knowing I'd get the 15x2 conf boost, I could pump SP's into other things. You'll always want to be a HoC QB, but the difference is if you pump too much confidence to be regular-season awesome, you'll have an overkill in confidence come playoffs imho.

For a pocket passer regarding speed/agility, ask your OC what his plans are. If pure pocket passing, don't touch speed/agility unless you're out of other training options. Don't bother soft-capping them.

Strength is also somewhat OC dependent. What I like is having a big arm QB for the 2nd/3rd & long plays and a small strength QB for the short yardage plays. Of course this takes a good OC with a mind for maintaining his A.I. For big-arm QB's, I go 78. For shorter arms, I go 68-72. It's still important regardless for fast bullets.

Overall, QB is one of the most OC/owner dependent positions in GLB. There's no golden answer.

My QB is a pure pocket passer. So 61 seems to be way to high on Agilty, to me. 61 on stamina is my current goal, but I may will push it to 68.

I think now, almost all teams play at least a two-QB system (one passer, one runner).

Your idea seems to be more close to my mind set. I think, I will bring stamina to 61 at least, vision to 73 or 78, confidence to 68 and strength to 73.

Thanks again!
