I've DC'd the first 3 seasons in WL, and have been a DC every season of GLB. I've also OC'd for about 15 seasons of GLB. However, I took a step back for the last 3 seasons and have only been DC'ing my own team as I kinda took a semi-retirement from the game. My trophy case speaks for itself and I have extensive A.I.'s for both offense and defense along with a plethora of defensive plays created.
The main reason why I'm getting back involved is due to my very own team getting close to reaching it's peak and we're about to take things serious and I want to sharpen my skills again. Having two or three other teams coordinating will accelerate my skills along with giving me plenty of games to give me test results to make my A.I.'s stronger.
Here's what I want. I prefer to DC only Pro level teams who are needing that DC to take them to the next level. I want a committed owner who has my back. I'm looking to do no more than two teams defensively and one team offensively. With my ability as a proficient DC, it has taught me to be a very good OC as I understand what plays work best against what defense's are out there. I also understand trends of this game and how the sim works.
I'm also willing to commit for two seasons. I feel it takes at least that long to understand the roster and which dots do best and how they can be utilized. I know how hard it is to find a quality coordinator as I've been a team owner since season 3. So I want serious inquiries only. If you can't fill a roster with quality dots then it tells me a lot about how serious as a owner you are. So don't PM me if you fit that mode.
Pitch me your team and tell me a little about it. I will ask for a GM spot for those I'm interested in to evaluate the builds and see if your team will fit what I like to do. It should only take me 2-3 days to decide as I want to start immediately and be involved in the off-season recruiting and planning.
