3 - Banzai Pipeline 'Nites (13-2) - Banzai officially locked into the #3 seed. Tampa would love to pull of another big upset here to end the season and prevent having to play Indy in the first round, assuming the Death Dealers outlast Bora Bora.

4 - Sumatra Seahawks - (12-3) - Synergy goes down and Sumatra should lock up the #2 seed in Zeta with a win over one of Zeta's top young teams, the Budapest Devils. Sumatra looks to be on top of their game now and primed for a strong playoff run.

5 - Gold Coast Michelin Men (13-2) - Statement game... statement win!! GCMM shows that Tampa game was a fluke... and then some as they secure the #2 in Alpha. Anyway, they get a bye-week breather before the playoffs start with SDSC to close the season.

6 - Gold Coast Vipers (12-3) - Huge win for the Vipers against Syracuse as they lock up at least the #4 seed and perhaps the #3 seed (with a week 16 Kona loss). It was a mistake dropping them down so far following the Kona game and regret not moving them up some after hanging with Asua.

7 - Stockholm Black Death (11-4) - Just when I thought I had this team pegged... Stockholm gets blown out by GCMM this week. Tough loss for them. No time to let up as they now face a very strong Kingston team in a game that will decide the #5 and #6 seeds in Alpha.

8 - Syracuse Synergy (12-3) - **pats my back** for calling the Noodle int this week... only his second all season!! That said, I called just about everything else wrong in this game as GCV takes down Syracuse. I just about nailed Noodles total yards (220 vs 226) but perhaps they should not have tried to rely on him so much as they gave him twice as many attempts and he completed a much lower percent of them. Anyway, Syracuse is in danger of not having a home playoff game as they must now take down a very scary young Kona (I feel stupid referring to them as young because this team is competing right now), who has already upset both Sumatra and GCV this season, to lock it up.

9 - J CP aka Oregon Ducks (11-4) - Stud MVP Returner J CP has been about the only bright spot on this team all season and continues to show his value by scoring 28 of Oregons 42 points, including a KR and PR TD in the 4th that sparked a late comeback against a tough young Amsterdam team that they should have beaten easily. Anyway, they will finish at 12-4 and will most likely finish as the #5 seed as they hold the tiebreaker over Kona. They need to pay special attention this week as they will face the winner of the Kona/Syracuse game in round 1.

10 - Kona Gold (12-3) - I struggled with this spot, but you know what... I am certain Kona beats Amsterdam if they play again, they make a game of it against Oregon in a rematch (perhaps even beating them), and they played Asua as good as anyone. How the hell have I kept them from owning a top 10 spot outright? They close the season out against a Syracuse team coming off a tough loss and could claim the #3 seed with a win.

Our team is very Jekyll and Hyde. Losing sucks but its much more fun than the regional pro team I OC for that wins just about every game by 125+.
