1 - Asau Pirates (7-0) - Asau has continued to roll over the past few weeks with a 50+ point beat-down of Oregon. I dont see them giving up the #1 spot the rest of the regular season.
Next Opponent: Sumatra Seahawks (prediction: Asau by a lot)
2 - Gold Coast Michelin Men (7-0) - Not much to see here from the Michelin Men over the past three games. Expect them to remain on cruise control for another two weeks until they square off with Indy.
Next Opponent: San Diego Scorpions (prediction: GCMM by a lot)
3 - Indianapolis Gurupies (7-0) - Time for Indy to sober up and kiss the honeys goodbye. They face the 6 of the best teams OPL Alpha has to offer this season in as many weeks. That said, they get to ease into this stretch against a Tampa Bay and a Stockholm team that have yet to really hit their strides this season. Expect them to roll into Gold Coast 9-0.

4 - Banzai Pipeline 'Nites (6-1) - A big week 6 win over Hong Kong, otherwise not much to see here for Banzai. Really only two more regular season tests for them.. week 12 against Indy and week 16 against Tampa Bay.

5 - Syracuse Synergy (6-1) - Not much to say here either over the past 3 games. They have moved all they up from #9 to #5 mostly because they teams around them have been losing. Up next will be a tough test against an Oregon team that is looking to get back on track after a tough loss against Asau. I think the Oregon team we were expecting this season finally shows up and proves that I dropped them too low this week.
Next Opponent: Oregon Ducks (prediction: Oregon by 7)
6 - Hong Kong Voodoo (5-2) - The Voodoo welcomed back Kingston in true fashion before hitting a speed bump in week 6 against Banzai. It is clear they are the best 2 loss team in OPL. They better not sleep on the ghost team this week as DD has shown they can hang in there if you look past them.
Next Opponent: Death Dealers (prediction: Voodoo by 35)
7 - Stockholm Black Death (5-2) - Not much to see here. Stockholm still has one more week to relax before facing Indy (it almost bit them this week against the Scorpions).
Next Opponent: Black Sea Storage (prediction: zzzzzzzzzzz)
8 - Kingston Uprising (4-3) - Well the Uprising made the same mistake the officer did when he told the woman he pulled over.. "Voodoo dick my ass" as Hong Kong bent them over in week 5. Two easy wins since then and a few more before they get a shot to redeem themselves against Indy and prove they belong higher in the rankings.

9 - Gold Coast Vipers (6-1) - Well, #4 was too good to be true. The Vipers are who we thought they were and Sumatra didnt let them off the hook. Since then they have had nice wins over Budapest and Amsterdam who were both looking for an opportunity to show they deserve a top 10 ranking.
