I was under the impression strength had as much a role as agility. Im curious if i should put points in Juke or Spin

I have 30 Str and 8 spin, it will fire 2-3 times per carry.
good carry 70+
Pick up a 5% BT equip and you will see spin fire more

Agility is more important if you are going with super elusive...you get a bonus to Spin.
