My first reaction when I saw this was a ragequit. After a good night sleep still not sure if I'm going to continue playing if they proceed with this nonsense. EE is everything for me as an owner from the time I got my team back in S8 in EE BBB. Still trying to get an EEPL title (not for the WL promotion, I dislike WL and if I wanted a promotion there was easier leagues to achieve that) and want to face teams like Eden, Arkadak, Sea Wasps & Hornets again and continue our rivalry.

+1 WL is no place for classy people. The EEPL forums are far better than the WL and the jealousy here is to a minimum compared to the WL's and man theres just to much testosterone up there! EEPL 4 LIFE!

i'm really conflicted. i love EEPL and have been here since S1 .. but damn you've got to do something about competitiveness no? thats a large part of fun for many.

i'll speak to Sofia and Ark (as Rage already publicly said, and Forbin will agree imo). neither team did much at all last season and effectively slept till the playoffs. being a Zeta guy, i don't really know Eden but i'd suspect they are similar.

i'd like to hear from the bottom seed playoff teams or the teams already eliminated in S21 before it starts. is this fun for you?

there has to be a common ground that keeps regional pride and rivalries but also addresses the huge problem of have and have not. the lack of competition at the Pro level actually hurts the WL promotes as the jump is so large. you get worse playing in Pro longer and longer imo. you develop bad habits as coordinators .. get lazy .. can't be bothered about details. all is a death note for most in WL

obviously my slant is towards competitiveness. so if that isn't how you get your fun you will disagree with everything here

edit .. btw the suggestion has morphed to still have Regional but another layer (hemi) btw Pro and WL. so technically .. EEPL still exists. you likely lose teams like BSS, Ark, Eden, Wasps, Ballers.

that's not a solution, is a joke. Solution is to fix/reconstruct Regional Pro (the tier below National Pro leagues) and promote to us better/more competive teams. Another solution (but NGTH) is to remove WL.

exactly how I feel and see it

but I donīt see a solution that will please everyone.

The best may be to just cut down to 4 leagues with each former Nat Pro league becoming a Nat Pro conference
