Warrior General Games

I'll admit, since not all rosters are full at this point, i penalized the teams with under 55 players somewhat arbitrarily just because there's room to move, I sort of assumed they would move down with further signings since high quality high level signing is less likely at this stage, plus stamina may be an issue without a complete roster. So the arrangement may not be completely accurate, but should act as somewhat of a guideline in determining team talent per conference. Might help rank our teams for the EEPL scrimmages as well.

I would follow up with a little summary of each team, but this isn't a good week for me to dedicate a lot of time to GLB.

Rancho Cucomongo Quakes is one that I might have completely whiffed on here. Their current effective level is through the roof, but with room to sign 10 more guys, I really wasn't sure where to rank them.
Eastern conference seemed a bit more straightforward.

Also, I like the middle of the Eastern Conference, should be another exciting battle for playoff positioning with not much speration between #5 Puvirnituq and #11 Second Government Apocalypse.
That's 6 teams seperated by less than 35 points, likely half of them would miss out on the playoffs.

Thanks strom for the insight and for doing these.. Being new to the PRO's, I noticed a lot of teams in the 1000 efflvl range, has any team ever won the CPL with a lower than 1000 efflvl?

the 51 was why we thought we'd grind you guys out in the playoffs. never happened :S

I think I initially had St. John's that low, but I decided the 7 open roster spots wasn't enough to take the highest rated team down to 7th place, so I tried to find a natural break. 2 spots down seemed fair. Thought about staying below Queensland, but it's somewhat narrow from 4 to 5.

I actually had LAWN in 1st place at first, but decided being 1 short on roster doesn't deserve a 6 point drop, and put MIAMI back on top. Even signing a low-end player probably wouldn't drop them that much.

After looking at these, West certainly looks to be the weaker conference if nothing else for their half-filled rosters.
If a few of those teams would merge with some Regional Pro teams, they might have a chance at playoffs.

Kind of embarassed of how badly we got beat last time we scrimmaged EEPL. I wanna make sure we have ALL the top teams

Although... Beantown Bastards with such a small roster definitely have some spots to fill to hold up to the ranking I gave them.
