New Franchise building from the ground up, way UP.
Have went out and secured three solid recruits at the QB, WR, and OT spots, while I added my own HB to the mix. Still recruiting all positions.
As it is this team's first year, I am looking to have a relatively small roster

Everyone on the roster will get great playing time....OL and DL positions will be flex, DE may take some snaps at DT, OT may take snaps at center, etc...
I am looking for a active squad who will post in forums for gameplans and enjoy other locker room antics.
I have had previous Owner experience for 4 seasons, with an active forum, resourceful coordinators, and 3 playoff berths. I have never taken a team past the Conference Championship round. Hoping to build up a team to take in a few seasons.
