retire and start over. His build is not very good. To be blunt, his build sucks. Too little speed. Too many points in SA's for his level. You rounded out his build too early. And why the hell does he have 2 extra pts in throwing???

aww man ur built is all messed up at your level speed should be in the 100+ ,if u do keep him u got to work on speed to 120+ or higher gettin his carrying to 74+ and str to 68 get a spin piece which i think u already have and his agilty to 78 to 81 you have a sum time i think but in my case i would retire him like rack said

You should have 26 EQ points... but instead you have 14.
Don't wear your AEQ unless you can get it fully upgraded. concentrate all of your EQ in speed.
Take speed to 77
Agility to 74
Carrying to 74
train confidence

will still be terribly mediocre but at least not bad.
