I've built about 10 QBs with varying success, but this one just puzzles me. He flat out sucks and that's despite having a build very similar to other QBs I've built who are really pretty good.

I used to build players with a lot of confidence, but since now that you can see when a player is out of confidence, he doesn't seem to run out. Are you saying that this is having an effect before the color change? I hadn't thought of that.

Your comp % is low, bad throws are high, and ints are high. IMO this is confidence.

Confidence for a pocket passer is one of the majors. IMO should be at least in the 70's, like 72-80 somewhere. Your level closer to 80 probably.

Could be your tactics settings too, but just looking at the build imo need more confidence.
