I ran both the offense and defense this past season. I just can keep doing both it was taking up too much time and I couldn't devote myself to enough gameplanning for both every game. We have most of our roster coming back next season so there are only a few holes to fill. We went 14-2 in the regular season. We lost in the conference championship game. I let you run your offense/defense. I don't interfere. I am willing to OC or DC. Whichever you want to do I'll do the other. We have made it to the conference championship several times to only get disappointed. I want someone to help us get over this hump! PM me with any question or interest.
