While I probably won't be seriously considering taking on additional teams until the playoffs are over for my teams, I do have a couple teams that weren't really competitive this season and may not be this upcoming one either. As a result, I may look to pick up one or two teams.
I've been an STC since S10 with experience reaching up to the National Pro level. This season has been pretty successful with 3 ST MVP returners (National Pro, Regional Pro and Regional Minor) and another productive unit with two returners that has helped win games that probably wouldn't have been wins without the contribution.
As for a team I might consider...
- I'm thinking that I'll probably make the cut off University-level of higher since I tend to prefer working with higher level dots.
- I'm not that great at recruiting... so, I'd probably prefer a team that already has a good network/recruitment system in place already. I don't mind helping out a little, though.
- STOPs would definitely be an asset, but not mandatory depending on the rest of the roster.
- And, I'd prefer having complete control of the ST depth chart. I don't mind being asked to make adjustments as needed. I've just seen enough instances in the past where someone has made an adjustment without telling me and making an unintentional bad result. (In the worst case, if there's a game planning change that needs to be made while I'm at work or something, I'd just like a PM to let me know.)
Otherwise, you can expect me to watch the replays of the games to see if there's any adjustments that need to be made. I'll also keep track of playing time to help make sure people are getting enough playing time. Beyond that, I just look to make my coverage teams solid and do what I can to give the returner the best chance at being one of the stars of the team.
I'm pretty sure there are people that will vouch for my work.
