Just quick rundown with a game left.

1) QCBC - Clinched

2) Matadors - regardless of outcome vs Alcoholics, clinched the #2 seed

3) Thunder Bay Wolverines - have snuck into that 3 seed with a little help. Barring a big upset from Bortland they should finish 12-4 and clinch the 3 seed. It's gets jumbled a bit if they lose but I'm not going there.


Things get a bit jumbled from 3-8.

- Due to Yorkshire pulling off a couple wins, it now looks like Puvi has been eliminated due to them losing the head to head tie breakers with BSoDF and Yorkshire..... sorry Puvi, great run to finish the season.


- Loser of the BSoDF v Yorkshire game gets the # 8 seed.


Algoma Arena Rockers: win vs Niagara and they likely lock up the 4th seed.

Lose to Niagara and likely a 5th seed and maybe even a 6th seed if Alcoholics can win and make it a 3 way tie at 11-5 in which case the pts allowed comes into play in which case Alcoholics hold a solid lead.


Niagara Maulers: beat Algoma and if Alcoholics win then they'll likely be in the 6h seed as right now they're 3rd among the 3 teams in pts allowed. If they win and Alcoholics lose then they'll have sole possession of the 4 seed.

Lose: will likely fall to the 6 seed regardless of Alcoholics lose as well due to losing tie breaker. An outside chance they could even fall to the 7 seed IF Yorkshire wins and can make up about a 14 pt pts allowed differential.



Raging Alcoholics: win vs Manitoba Matadors, they pretty much get the 5 seed regardless of the Algoma/Niagara game.

Lose: gets a bit dicey pending situation. If Niagara loses as well then they should still stay at the #5 seed due to head to head win over Niagara and any potential lead in a 3 way tie breaker with Yorkshire/BSoDF involved.

However if they lose and Niagara wins..... they could fall to the #7 seed if Yorkshire wins due to their head to head lose. If BSoDF wins then they'll sit at the 6 seed.


Yorkshire Rippers - clinched a playoff berth, congrats. Win vs BSoDF, likely still a #7 seed, would need a Alcoholics loss AND Niagara win to jump possibly to the 6 seed.



BSoDF: win they're in the 7 seed, loss will be 8 seed pretty simple here.




May have missed a scenario but that's about as best I see it.

thanks for doing this, i was just scratching my head trying to work out if we needed to throw the next game or not...
so if we win and niagara win, we are 4th? we win and algoma win, we are 5th? but if we lose, the best we can hope for is 5th, and that is if algoma win? if niagara win and we lose, we drop into the other bracket and avoid QCBC until the conference final..

GO NIAGARA!!

and if vortus gets yorkshire a win, we get to do it for real with the matadors in the first round.

Wouldn't that be DEDerest? Not sure about how that would go exactly I believe we are taking next season off anyway, starting a rebuild, so you will be able to take us somewhere in the 200-0 range or worse.

I sent a message to support about this, thinking that with the whole don't pad stats thing being a point of emphasis that they wouldn't make us waste everybody's time in Canadian PRO next season, when we will be all around the 320 day old mark, but I was told that we must waste a season in pro, so we will be the DEDerestist team around next season

You should be allowed to request a demotion, as long as your team is gutted by day 40/41 ish.
