Okay, so. Navs/Buda, Blaze, Osaka, Hali - win and in. Lose, and hope at least one more team loses and then there's a tiebreak at 9-7.
Indy - must win, must have at least one of Blaze/Osaka/Hali lose, must somehow win a tiebreak with them.

There are 28 different possible 9-7 groups needing tiebreakers. I don't really feel like working them all out, but I'll list the combos for those that want to:
1 team goes:
Navs/Blaze
Navs/Osaka
Navs/Hali
Buda/Blaze
Buda/Osaka
Buda/Hali

2 teams go:
Navs/Blaze/Osaka
Navs/Blaze/Hali
Navs/Osaka/Hali
Buda/Blaze/Osaka
Buda/Blaze/Hali
Buda/Osaka/Hali

3 teams go:
Navs/Blaze/Osaka/Hali
Buda/Blaze/Osaka/Hali

And then all the above groups with Indy in the mix as well - same number of teams going, though.
