This is for a 3rd EQ piece on a pocket passer. +3 throwing, Field General seems like it would be good as it is the most expensive SA and this will save me SPs later. I already have 2 PQ% pieces. So +3 throwing, 5% pass distance would also be nice.
These would set me back 70-100 BTs though, I want to pick the best one for the 3rd piece.
What do you think?

go with the 5% PD and ignore the FG

Is FG proving to be rather weak? It is the most elite SA on the tree, highest priced. For most positions those are good to have when it can be gotten cheaply.
I do think "coverage is better and receivers catch more balls" is rather vague. n.
I'll probably take PD% and wait on FG.

FG is pretty overrated, yeah.

What do you want as your last 2 pieces? If FG is one of them then yes, buy it. Personally I think 2 PQ's, 1 PD, and 1 FG would be a solid AEQ setup.

I only roll garbage anymore. I didn't roll the FG piece, I'd be building it. I think this comes down to priority. Since this is a 3rd piece I think I'll go with Pass Distance% and then do FG with the 4th piece. Gives me more time to see if FG is crap now. It did well for my old QB, took him to 11 in it and he had a nice career.

Heres my 2c on FG. If you are on a great team or a crap team forget it. The gains from what ive seen through friends builds are not worth the commitment. However if you are on a 8-8 team and have a solid build it might be worth it to buff your WRs (if they are not excellent builds to start). 1 or 2 plays throughout the season can mean 9-7 and a playoff appearance where anything can happen now.
