i'm over 200 days old and have never touched it. its at 7.6 right now. i would think it would help me get a few more diving tackles or diving sacks. Should I throw it into my quad training a little bit? if so how high should I get it?

don't train it until very late.
My experience has been that taking jumping up to 30 later in the build can be helpful. There seems to be very little gain to taking it past 30 however.
Some people feel that taking it to 40 and getting towering man is good for getting pass deflections, but I haven't seen anything to make me feel it is worth it.

I have jumping in my multi train on my STR based containment DE... it's at 32 right now, and he's gotten 2 PD's so far this season while rushing the QB... not much I know, but it seems worthwhile when you have nothign else to train. He's lvl 60 and i wanted to quad train but had nothing to quad train with stam, conf, and vision... not gonna bother with towering man or anything like that, don't know if it's helped with diving tackles or not as he hasn't really made too many tackles this season.
Don't know if the 2 PD's are worth it, but he really has nothing else to train so it's just gravy.

screw PDs, you need to combine 30 to 40 jumping with a few points in Diving Tackle. It helps.
