Canada Pro: Strong teams all through the league, only one real 'feeder' team.

USA Pro: Some strong teams, but a bunch of gutted teams that everyone runs up big numbers playing against.

I think a Canada Pro allstar team would clean up against the equivalent from USA Pro. Anyone care to disagree?
