I see a lot of 'older' players and they are 70/75 or 72/75, I have one that is 67/75 and was wondering what the highest effective level there is. Is it 75 or does it go higher? Any players with a higher than 75 Effect Level?

stops at 75. you have to look at the amount of SPs in the build beyond that to gauge how much above the threshold they are,
