Write Ups tomorrow evening most likely

Western Conference Rankings Week 5

1. Anchorage Seawolves
2. Reno 911
3. San Diego Marauders
4. Omaha Dogs
5. Chattanooga Quarantine
6. Rocky Mountain Rampage
7. Albuquerque Mustangs
8. Hyborian Divine Messengers
9. Corvallis Furbugers
10. Houston Apollos
11. Oakyville Norwegian Reptiles
12. Kalamazoo Wolverines
13. Trojan Warriors
14. San Francisco Wildcats
15. Dakota Ruffians
16. Ambridge Brigade

Not too much of a change as the only loss in the top 8 was Rocky Mountain to Anchorage. Albuquerque jumped over Hyborian after handling Houston fairly easily, while the Divine Messengers struggled with San Francisco. Trojan didn't move up, but they are on a nice 2 game winning streak. Reno and San Diego both continue to impress (as does Anchorage).

Eastern Conference Week 5

1. Akron Assassins
2. Alpine Golfers
3. Chicago Bruins
4. Memphis Ghetto Dawgs
5. North Carolina Lighthouses
6. New Orleans Eagles
7. Richmond Speed
8. Tampa Vipers
9. Schenectady Comets
10. South Beach Tokers
11. Klamath Falls Grizzlies
12. Philadelphia Brokebacks
13. Denver Stallions
14. Orlando Mambas
15. Elk Rapids Elks
16. Forgotten Ones

Odd week for the east as 6-7-8-9 all lost, though all to good competition. I will probably take some heat for dropping North Carolina 1 spot, even though they continue to be unbeaten, maybe it's because Memphis is more flashy in winning, but I just think they're a better team. I'd be happy if NC could prove me wrong. I might also take some heat for putting the Comets 9th but it was tough to rank 9-12 and thats just the way they fell. Akron, Alpine, and Chicago all played very well this week too.

I didn't post it in the small overview, but I have had a tough time not putting Reno (sorry San Diego) in the number 1 spot the past 2 weeks. Like I mentioned previously though I have a very hard time knocking a team out of the number one spot if they keep winning. They earned number one, so until they fall, they will probably keep it. No promises though. Remember, i'll be doing east comments 1st this week

Well, doesn't matter, if things go right, they will get their first loss compliments de San Diego. Feel free to flame on.

No arguments from me there. I think the Anchorage/San Diego/Reno games are going to be really good, and I wouldn't predict a winner in any of the games, because they could all go either way

Those who speak early usually speak last.

That means those who talk trash, when they lose, usually are the last to say something.

When/If Anchorage ever loses, you can take your rightful spot at the top. Until then, We have a game against you guys and it has yet to predict the outcome.

Methinks Anchorage is number 1 until someone proves otherwise...

We'll let you know when we feel the need to open up the O...

I love the fact that we play the #1 team hard, lose and drop two spots to #6. I hope Anchorage kills everyone else. LOL

I can't believe you guys threw 4 INTs and we fumbled almost 6 times. Without the TOs that would've been a high-scoring game.

Week 7: Reno vs. Anchorage. Battle for the #1 spot. I'm fine with with letting it be decided on the field. I believe a San Diego game follows for both teams as well so we'll see what happens.

As far as Philly is concerned, these rankings are suspect and won't be displayed in our local newspapers until we are correctly placed ahead of South Beach. No way can we beat them 32-0, and be below them with even if we have one less win. Regardless of their winning streak, all their wins were against teams ranked much lower. 32-0, did I say that already lol.
