The ownership of Cambodia Mountain Men has been assumed by me, and the rebuilding process begins. The name will be changed at some point to reflex the new era that jmarter left behind with no noticed for the 2nd time.
After being attached to this team for 3 seasons, I decided to resume ownership to rebuild, I hate seeing teams limp in the Pros as this one as for 2 seasons, barely maintaining the Pro status, but the times are changing.
A little about myself, I have been at GLB since June 2008, owned a team in WE from season 3 to season 13ish, I can't remember, I took my team (Dayton <-FnA-> and later Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks) from BBB to the Pros, but real life and just a plain lack of excitement for the game forced a sell back. I run a fairly large Network since Nov 2008 with over 130 members, and this team is the Flagship team with 4 teams building under it, with the plan being to ease recruiting and maintaining a competitive team for years to come. This set-up has been in place for about 6 seasons, so we're getting close for the first class to get promoted in a few seasons.
We have a lot of new recruits coming in, hopefully upgrades, along with the core group staying with us. We have hired a great new Defensive Coordinator, have a proven Offensive Coordinator and several new active scouts to go along with the longtime ones already there.
Bottom line: There is a new reign coming to our team, and being the league doormat is over.
We look forward to playing and reigning (someday) in this league.
